Rhode Island Legal Services (RILS) is the federally funded provider of free legal assistance to income eligible Rhode Islanders in civil matters including housing, bankruptcies, foreclosures, divorces, child support and custody, income tax, domestic violence, public benefits and environmental justice. RILS is the sponsoring organization of the Environmental Justice Forum 2007.

ALARI is dedicated to promoting lung health and fighting lung disease through advocacy, education, and research. Organization Description:
The Healthy Housing Collaborative is a partnership of 43 agencies and organizations to address healthy housing on many fronts. It is coordinated by the Rhode Island Department of Health. The group was formed by merging groups working on lead and asthma control, including the Lead Advisory Committee, the Lead Healthy Housing Collaborative, and the Asthma Control Coalition’s healthy housing workgroup.
